从事仿生抗体的研制和病源抑制机理研究,擅长分子识别纳米材料研制,建立了AI辅助的传感器模型。技术层面,致力于在复杂的生理环境中实现单细胞水平疾病诊断、药敏检测和类器官构建;机制层面,致力于挖掘晚期非小细胞肺癌耐药患者易计算机辅助手术、微创诊疗引导、医学图像处理、人工智能
受感染而发展为脓毒症的机制、理解脓毒症训练的巨噬细胞可治疗肺癌的机理;应用层面,致力于筛选炎症新靶标,发展新材料和新方法治疗脓毒症等。累计主持省部级/国家级项目6项,发表高水平论文28篇(IF大于10 四篇),论著章节3章 (h因子16),申请专利4项(授权1项)。
